Accessibility Statement
Effective June 12, 2026
Our commitment
LOGIT is committed to making our trading journal usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as part of how the product is built — not an afterthought.
What we've done
Across the application we have implemented:
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive controls are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every focusable element.
- Skip to content — a "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the repeated navigation.
- Reduced motion — if your device requests reduced motion, we automatically disable ambient and celebratory animation (drifting particles, pulses, confetti) and collapse transitions.
- Semantic structure — meaningful headings, landmarks, labelled form fields, and text alternatives for non-text content.
- Color & contrast — text and essential UI are designed to meet AA contrast, in both light and dark modes.
- Responsive & zoom-friendly — layouts reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged.
Known limitations
We're candid about where we're still improving. Some data-dense analytics views and the gamified "journey" animations are being audited for full screen-reader parity, and a few third-party embeds (such as payment and notification widgets) are outside our direct control. We are actively working to close these gaps.
Assistive technology
LOGIT is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) together with their built-in or common assistive technologies, including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), screen magnification, and speech input.
Feedback & getting help
If you encounter any barrier using LOGIT, or need information in a different format, please tell us — your reports directly shape our fixes. Email support@logit.app with the page, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an alternative method where a fix isn't immediately available.
Cancellation & key actions
Account actions are designed to be straightforward and reversible where possible: cancelling a subscription takes no more steps than signing up, and tools to export or delete your data are available in Settings.
