Inside Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by LOGIT (RyTheTraderGuy) (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, or any broker, prop firm, or trading platform.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (and other jurisdictions only where permitted by applicable law) who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 20, 2026 and runs until the second drawing described in Section 5 has been completed, unless extended or ended earlier by the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

To enter, join the LOGIT Founders Program by submitting a valid email address through the signup on the LOGIT website. One (1) entry is granted per eligible person who joins, except that the first five (5) founding members each receive two (2) entries (see Section 5). Limit one membership per person; duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Use of bots, scripts, or automated methods to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Free alternate method of entry: To enter without joining, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, and date of birth to the Sponsor at the address available on request from support@logit.app. Mail-in entries must be received before the applicable drawing to be eligible and receive one (1) entry each.

5. Drawings & Odds

Two (2) random drawings will be held:

• Drawing 1 — held after the first five (5) founding members have joined, among those first five members. Each of the first five members receives two (2) entries in this drawing.
• Drawing 2 — held after the first one hundred (100) founding members have joined, among all eligible members who have joined at that time and have not already won.

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.

6. Prize

One (1) prize is awarded per drawing: a free lifetime subscription to LOGIT Inside for the personal use of the winner, non-transferable. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Sponsor offers the LOGIT Inside product. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is estimated at $2,495 (estimated as five years of LOGIT Inside at the current annual rate of $499/year); actual value may vary and any difference will not be awarded. No cash alternative or substitution is offered, except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within a reasonable time after each drawing. A winner must respond to confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the required period, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name and general location for promotional purposes without further compensation. The Sponsor will not publish a winner’s full email address or full identity without separate consent.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with the LOGIT Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Promotion and all prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By entering, you agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the Promotion may be a violation of law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.

To request the name of a winner after a drawing, email support@logit.app with the subject “Inside Giveaway Winners List.”
